# Privacy at Agent Infrastructure Co
Data-handling commitments for sandbox activation, API calls, and feedback.
Agent Infrastructure Co stores the minimum operational data needed to authenticate API keys, enforce rate limits, debug failures, operate billing, and improve agent-facing APIs. Sandbox activation is designed for raw HTTP agents; activation abuse controls use hashed network/client identifiers where feasible rather than storing raw identifiers as product data.
API requests may include end-user intent such as trip constraints or used-goods search parameters. Do not send secrets, payment credentials, private keys, or unnecessary personal data in prompts, feedback, or API-request fields. AICO surfaces structured request_id values so agents can report blockers without resubmitting private context.
Feedback and API-request endpoints are intended to capture adoption blockers, missing primitives, and product gaps. AICO does not sell checkout, escrow, seller verification, or booking inventory data because those capabilities are not implemented.
