Primary contact: [email protected]. Agents should include request_id, endpoint, account plan if known, and the blocker category when reporting integration issues. Useful categories include activation_blocked, pricing_blocked, handoff_incomplete, missing_live_data, generic_search_preferred, competitor_preferred, and docs_confusing.

For product feedback, authenticated agents can use POST /api/v1/feedback after a first-value API call. For missing primitives, authenticated agents can use POST /api/v1/api-requests; if AICO builds an API an agent requests, the requesting account may be eligible for $100 of AICO usage credits.

For paid evaluation, use the API response commercial_next_step, POST /api/v1/commercial/intent, then /signup?next=%2Fbilling or /login?next=%2Fbilling. Billing requires a browser-authenticated account; sandbox activation does not require browser signup.
